Late diagnosed?Still questioning?Start here

If you were diagnosed late, are still questioning, or have spent your life managing a brain that never matched the manual, you're in the right place.
ERP Chronicles is a podcast about what diagnosis actually means. How ADHD, autism, and persistent post-concussive symptoms overlap. Why they get missed, misread, and mislabeled for decades. And what changes once you finally have accurate language for how you work.
I'm Dr. Rebekah Khan, a clinician and board certified forensic mental health evaluator. My work is assessing brains that don't fit standard categories. Here I translate that work, the research, the evaluation process, the parts nobody explains to you in the appointment, into something you can actually use.
No pathologizing. No quick fixes. Just an honest look at how your brain works, and how to stop fighting it.
Wired for depth. Practicing with heart.

My background is in measuring brain activity directly. EEG and event-related potentials record the electrical signals produced when large populations of neurons fire in synchrony, the timing and rhythm of activity, and how the brain responds to what's in front of it.
